from competition BBQ kings who eschew anything that is not strictly
proper BBQ - but this recipe is very popular and great for people
who might have to go to work... Snow, ice, cold, you and I still want BBQ! This is a special winter version of My BBQ RUB that will really blow those winter blues away. This blue label version of my famous BBQ RUB has led me to... OVEN STYLE BBQ CHICKEN !

Just
rinse and dry, and then rub with plenty of Ivan of the Ozarks Winter
Rub. That chicken on the board needs more rub...
Then all you need to do is pop it in a 400F oven for about an hour!
