Ivan of the Ozarks Winter BBQ Rub

This mix is complete, it’s all ready to go. Just rinse and dry your meat and put the rub on heavy. Cover your baking dish with foil. Put it in a slow oven (225 F). When the meat is tender, as tender, can be, it’s done.  This is known as oven BBQ in the south.
 A great cut for oven BBQ is country pork ribs, or try a big ol' beef chuck roast. Serve with baked yams or sweet potatoes, and a pot of greens, with corn bread on the side, oh yeah! Order some now!
